Here's just a small sampling of projects that have been completed or are under construction.
Washougal 7 Lot Short Plat
This Single Family Residential short plat is located in Washougal WA. The division is on a 3.97 acre parcel zoned R1-7.5, with critical areas and environmental constraints. The critical area buffers, played a large role in this infill development. This project is under construction and will be updated as progress continues.
Crown Electric
This site plan converted a single family residential 0.64 acre parcel zoned for Light Industrial (IL) use. This site is currently under construction and will build a 4000 SF warehouse. The new facility should be compete mid 2021. This project will be updated as the construction progresses.
Residential Stormwater Plan
This 4600 SF home and 5000 SF driveway was built on a 5 acre parcel and required an engineered stormwater plan. The stormwater elements were made to blend in to the landscape and surroundings. This project used dispersion and filter strip Best Management Practices (BMP’s) to meet the requirements of the County stormwater code.
